1. Timings on the Day
9:00 – exhibition opens – please arrive at the main reception of building 1 to check in and get your lanyard
12:00 – 14:00 – Lunch options available at the clubhouse
16:00 – exhibition closes
16:30 – feel free to join us at the post-Expo drinks reception
2. Parking and Shuttle Bus
There is very limited parking available onsite, so we do encourage you to use the Expo shuttle bus running from outside Belmont House on Belmont Road (only a short walk from Uxbridge Station) and dropping you off at the business park. You can also get a lift back to the high street.
3. Workshops
The workshop space will be in the marquee by the clubhouse. We have a few workshops and networking happening throughout the day. Check them out here
4. Co-working space
Need to do some work during the day? Stop off at the co-working space to do some work. There will be tables, chairs, plug points and a comfortable place to sit and get off your feet for a bit. It is located in the exhibition area.
5. Refreshments available all day
Tea, Coffee and water will be available at the refreshment space all day.
6. Use the photobooth and selfie camera
Get some fun pictures at the photo booth or catch the selfie camera moving around the room for instant photos to post on social media. Don’t forget the hashtag #HBE2026
7. Need a quiet moment
We have a dedicated quiet space in the lobby area on the first floor for you to have a quieter moment out of the main hall. Please do not use this space to have conversations.
8. Want to do a podcast on the day?
We have a live podcasting studio on the day. Go sit down with the team there and film a short podcast. You’ll receive fully edited version within 30 minutes for you to share!
9. Pop by the media centre and check out some of the things happening there
You will find Hillingdon Radio presenting live from the expo this year. Pop by to be interviewed and live on the radio throughout the day.
