Exhibitors
How much does it cost to exhibit?
The early-bird prices are as follows: £100 + VAT (Members) and £250 + VAT (Non-members).
This will rise on 13 April to £150 + VAT (Members) and £300 + VAT (Non-members)
What is included in the standard exhibition stand package?
You will be allocated a table, chair, and tablecloth. You are permitted to bring two retractable banner (pull-up banner 80-85cm width) and what you would like to display on your table. In addition, all exhibitors will benefit from extensive marketing from the Chamber to drive footfall on the day.
Will all exhibitors have power supply at their stands?
You will need to request power supply at the time of booking your stand. Charges apply.
Is parking available?
Yes, there will be plenty of free parking. Please follow the directions from the parking attendants.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, there will be Wi-Fi throughout the day on the Expo floor.
When can exhibitors set up?
We are working with the venue to provide set-up times the day before the Expo. You will also be able to set up on the morning of the Expo. All stands will need to be set up by 8.45 am.
Can exhibitors have access to the visitor list?
Due to data privacy regulations, we will not provide this information. However, you will be able to take details of anyone who visits your stand.
Visitors
When and where does the Expo take place?
The Expo takes place on Friday 5 June at ARC, Uxbridge. Specifically, it will be located in Building 1 on the business park.
Can I attend the Expo without exhibiting?
Absolutely! You will need to register for your free visitor ticket.
Is parking available?
There is restricted parking; however, we have arranged a shuttle bus to and from Uxbridge town centre. Wait outside Belmont House to pick it up.
Is the building accessible?
Yes – the building has lifts, accessible bathrooms and parking spaces are clearly marked.
Using Public Transport?
We will be running the ARC shuttle bus every 20 minutes from outside Belmont House down to the ARC. Catch your free ride from Uxbridge instead of driving. For further information please click here.
Will Wi-Fi be available?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available on the Expo floor throughout the day.
