How much does it cost to exhibit?
The early-bird prices are as follows: £100 + VAT (Members) and £250 + VAT (Non-members).
This will rise on 13 April to £150 + VAT (Members) and £300 + VAT (Non-members)
Will all exhibitors have power supply at their stands?
You will need to request power supply at the time of booking your stand. Charges apply.
Is parking available?
Yes, there will be plenty of free parking. Please follow the directions from the parking attendants.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, there will be Wi-Fi throughout the day on the Expo floor.
Visitors
When and where does the Expo take place?
The Expo takes place on Friday 5 June at ARC, Uxbridge. Specifically, it will be located in Building 1 on the business park.
Can I attend the Expo without exhibiting?
Absolutely! You will need to register for your free visitor ticket.
Is parking available?
Yes, there will be plenty of free parking. Please follow the directions from the parking attendants.
Is the building accessible?
Yes – the building has lifts, accessible bathrooms and parking spaces are clearly marked.
